Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you join the drop:

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME (2 to 4 Business Days) Once your order is secured, our production team prepares and finalizes your items. This custom crafting, finishing, and quality check phase typically takes 2 to 4 business days. During high-volume major drop releases, processing might take an extra day.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & DESTINATIONS As soon as your items pass our strict quality check, they are carefully packed and handed over to our premium courier partners. We proudly ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

  • Italy & Europe: 3 to 5 business days.
  • United States & Canada: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 15 business days.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES To provide the fastest service possible, we ship from the facility closest to your location. However, for certain international orders outside of the European Union or United States, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties applied by your local government.
