The satisfaction of the PLM community is our top priority. If something is wrong with your order, we are here to make it right.

Defective or Damaged Products Every item undergoes quality control before shipping. However, if you receive a defective product, an item with a printing error, or something damaged during transit, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@plmbrand.com, attaching a clear photo of the issue. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns for Change of Mind or Wrong Size We operate on a made-to-order basis to reduce our environmental footprint, meaning your t-shirt is created specifically for you. Because of this, we strongly urge you to check the Size Guide carefully before placing an order. However, in compliance with European regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
